Submit TEXT information (a minimum of 300 words) in electronic format (MS Word) via e-mail.

Subject line: EDITORIAL (Event Name & Dates)
Message: Your name & phone# & the event article
WHAT INFORMATION TO SEND
Submit interesting, helpful information (Who, What, Where, When, Why & How) like:
What makes your event unique compared to other motorcycle events?
What is the history of your event?
Who started it, when and why? Any trends?
What are some of the LOCAL rides?
Why are they great? Route maps.
What’s the area geography? Elevation, weather What's the affect on riding/camping?
Are there local tourist attractions?
What happened last year? Photos, recap, stories.
Was your event covered in magazine & newspaper articles? Mail in copies.
Current schedule of activities (if available) or a general description.
Who comes to your event?
The number of people, what bikes they ride, from where?
Who are the event sponsors, vendors, and entertainers?
What charities benefit and how?
Any special requirements? Age, helmets?

Send high resolution (300 dpi) in .jpg or .gif format. Send quality graphics (one at a time) to: info@MotorcycleEvents.com.
